Phone pe - Not able to withdraw my balance into bank account

Hi,
Yesterday I have transferred rupee **** into phone pe wallet . Since I am a old customer of phone pe so I thought the money would be save in the wallet and later I can transfer the money into my bank account. I have provided my pan card to phone pe as a kyc earlier and have done many transactions into my bank account. But now phone pe is saying that I need to provide my Adhaar card as a kyc for the purpose of transferring the money and the feature is currently not available in phone pe so I have to use my **** rupee for other merchant transactions.
Now I want to pay my credit card bill of **** rupee and phone pe customer care is saying that they can't help me on this and I have to use that amount for other merchant transactions. How insane these people are as they don't care about the customer. My bank will charge me the interest If I will not pay my credit card bill on time and the whole money got stucked in the phone pe wallet. Please help me out.
