It says that transfer migration is disabled for downgraded users, even though i upgraded and verified my account, i reached out to them for help * weeks ago and they still haven't resolved the issue. I am not getting messages from idfc bank to spend the balance by **th April, which is of course not possible since i can't even transfer the money to my new account. I am contacting them but they aren't responding anymore, for an app that's dealing with money for teenagers this isn't right
