Guduru Sudhakara Rao filed complaint against Trackon Couriers P Ltd on Aug 1, 2018
My shipment was sent on **th July by road and there is no update in the tracking about the shipment,when we call the helpline provided by the courier it is not going through and nobody lifting the call( ***-******** / **********) in delhi and the destination hyderabad they are not having clue and they say that even we call it is the same and there is nobody responsible for this and here i am loosing my order and money I invested as there is nobody to update me on the status .This courier service is really useless and pathetic
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
