I ordered Daniel klein watch two week back from official website. The watch I received have many scratches on it and it's not in brand new condition. I have mailed regarding this issue to DK service multiple times . I also submitted this issue on their official website.They are not responding to my mails.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
