I have ordered a Daniel Klein watch from myntra on **th July **** and I received it on *st August **** but due to covid I didn't unpacked my package for the next ** hours. I unpacked it on *rd August **** i.e on monday and I saw it was not working, so I placed a return order on *th August ****. A person from myntra came to me on *th August **** and he declared that the watch is damaged and according to the myntra policy he cannot take it back.
I wrote a mail to customer service of myntra and even had a verbal talk over phone regarding my return order which they have kept on hold. They give me a harsh reply that they cannot take the watch back and asked me to talk to the company directly. I have tried contacting the company but I haven't got any response yet.
