On ** May **** I had book online ticket for * person from Delhi to Patiala. Bus Boarding timing was *:** AM when I have reached at bus stand then go to know bus was cancelled by bus operator.
As I have to go urgently I have booked another bus ticket on same day at *:** PM. Also bus operator told me talk to Redbus regarding refund.
SO from day to till now i have called redbus multiple times bus didn't get the refund, every time these people told me we need confirmation from bus operator
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
