Etihad Airlines - Not able to get my refund from last 15 month s

Hello Sir/Madam, with due respect, my name is Wani Suhail Ahmad I want to say that I am suffering from * and a half year and only because of you. I booked a ticket and the flight was scheduled to be on ** July **** and the flight was cancelled because of COVID ** and then after sometime I requested for refund but it was denied by the airline and they gave me refund in the form of credits in travel bank account and said that you can use it within * years. But unfortunately from that day I am searching flight from India to Kazakhstan. And there is no flight you can also check your data and confirm it. So how can I use those credits and I can’t use them to any other destinations because I am a medical student studying in Kazakhstan and I am busy with my studies. My ticket no. *************, travel bank account no. ****************. And one of my friend namely Mir Yasir Nazir was having the same issue, ticket no. *************, travel bank account no. was ****************, but he got refund in the original form of money by the same airline, from travel bank to original form of money under some special request and you gave him some number which is ************* BSP. Why there is a state of discrimination why there is not a same rule for all costumers ,I have enough evidence to show. So this is my humble request please understand my situation as I am a student and please give me refund in the original form of money. Please, that will be your most kindness.
