Etihad Airlines - No Confirmation acknowledgement and cancelling the flight

I booked flight for * people by net banking, amount debited but didn't received any confirmation mail. Later on calling etihad they gave us a booking reference number on checking which it was showing all the flights still didn't got any confirmation mail now after infinite times of calling etihad they are saying they have cancelled the our ticket and amount would be refunded and now the prices of ticket are not the same what to do?
