zingbus - Not able to contact the bus driver number which was provided nor bus driver contacted us waiting on

i booked a bus ticket from make my trip , of zingbus from mumbai vashi boarding point to goa , I hot the msg from zingbus that bus will board at * pm in evening we was waiting at boarding point since * hr ** min which was very annoying, where as after which i tried to call on the number of bus person which was provided through sms by zingbus, where the no was of IVR. where bus timing was * pm where as at last i have to book an alternative kindly please refund the money which i wasted on booking the bus ....
