On ** Jan ****, I ordered Battery for Google Samsung Nexus ** tablet and paid Rs **** online. ZEPOSHOP acknowledged the order but did not give me any delivery date, though while selecting the item in their website, it was indicated delivery in * to * days. No response on their phone and also for my Emails. Item not received till date.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
