I along with another friend of mine took Fitternity OnePass in early March **** to have seamless access to all the listed gyms. Unfortunately, there was a lockdown in the last week of March thereby our memberships were paused. On Aug **, ****, the membership commenced and we started booking our sessions. Initially, not many gyms were listed and that made sense. As the days passed by, we saw more influx of gyms on the app. Wherever we booked, either the session was cancelled or was told not to book from Fitternity from consecutive day. I tried raising a compliant with one of the senior managers (will not take names as I respect their privacy) which led me to a temporary solution. The primary problem was to contact the customer case itself. You will hardly get through the number provided in the app. They will make fake promises of calling you back but no one will do so. Once my problem was temporarily resolved, all the gyms near me stopped accepting Fitternity pass. All the gyms, approximately * around me, stated that, FITTERNITY IS NOT PAYING MONEY TO GYMS. This was the reason stated by all the gyms. Upon learning the same from these gyms, I immediately contacted the customer care and asked to connect me with a senior manager. Of all the mental trauma they gave, finally I did get connected with one of the senior managers. She assured me to bring resolution within two working days and it's been a week since then that I received a call back. They will give you a bogus number mentioning that it is their personal number. You can reach out to them anytime. I want some lawyer to take action on behalf of me against this fake company. I am ready to go legal. They should understand that the money that they are extorting is someone's hard earned.
