I placed a prepaid order on *th April ****, and as of **th April, it has not even been shipped. This level of delay is highly unprofessional and defeats the entire purpose of making a prepaid purchase.
Holding a customer’s money without processing or dispatching the order for such a long time is not justified in any way. This reflects very poorly on your service standards.
The order is still not shipped.
