I placed an online order with Moongoddess Online Shop on * April **** for * clothing items. The Order ID is ******, and the full amount was paid in advance at the time of placing the order.
Despite repeated follow-ups through available communication channels, I have not received the ordered items to date. The seller has failed to provide any valid delivery updates or resolution, and responses have been inconsistent and unhelpful.
This constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I request Voxya’s intervention to:
Arrange an immediate full refund of the amount paid
Ensure accountability from the seller
Prevent further inconvenience to consumers
I have attached all relevant supporting documents, including order confirmation, payment proof, and communication records.
I request timely resolution of this complaint.
