Details of the Incident:
On June **, ****, I placed an order for a dress after seeing their advertisement.
I paid the full amount as requested.
Initially, they responded promptly and provided good customer service.
After receiving the payment, they stopped responding and have not delivered the product.
I have attached screenshots of the conversation and payment proof for your reference.
My Request:
Take immediate action against this fraudulent page and block their website.
Penalize the individuals involved to prevent similar scams.
Stop such fake advertisements to protect other customers.
I understand the money may not be recoverable, but I strongly request urgent action to prevent further fraud.
