I ordered For Rakhi and opted for same day delivery(*nd Aug) ****. They neither delivered nor informed that it has not been delivered. Order tracking shows out for delivery since yesterday. I sent them mail for refund since order wasn't delivered but there is no response. They are fraudsters and making fool of consumers. I have been going through a mental harrassment. It was a surprise for my brother but turned out to be heart-ache.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
