Dizo - Non working Watch since and Replacement not provided even after 31 days

I purchased dizo watch D for **** & delivered on **Sept and since day * it was not working. It was a weekend to on Monday **th September I submitted it in their *rd party service centers names F* solutions Pvt Ltd. So since **th September I'm still waiting for my watch. Continues follow-up with dizo team and f* service centers but no result. I want my money back and nothing else.
