I bought a Dizo buds z (truely wireless buds) on ****-**-** the product syarted losing bluetooth capabilities. The product was being constantly disconnected from the phone. I gave the buds to a nearby service center for a solition on ****-*-**. After that there is no response for * months and I recived a parcel from dizo today(****-**-**) and inside that there is this buds in comparitively bad condition and it is not even connecting now, they have sent the piece as it is.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
