Nikhil filed complaint against Faasos on Nov 15, 2019
I have ordered veg meal from The Good Bowl few days back and received the same with Non veg piece in it. When I called faasos guys they just refunded my money. What about sentiments and half the food that i had. Also on that same day they might have served the same food to other customers as well. Now i am not getting any response from customer care team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
