Faasos - Blocked access to paid faasos account after registering complaint

Faasos have this policy of refunding in faasos credits in case of late dilevery. On one occasion the faasos app was showing 'food dilevered' before actual dilevery of said food item. When raised complain, they used deceptive ways to turn down complaints. Filling to do so blocked my access to faasos account for which I paid a fee of RS *** for whole year
