Swiggy Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd - Non veg food delivered Wrong items delivered

The other day, I ordered capsicum masala curry from a renowned restaurant. After waiting for more than an hour, while the wait time was less than ** minutes, we received wrong order. It was wrong item from the wrong restaurant. I had got some non-veg rice. I do not have any problem with non-veg. But my family doesn't eat non-veg. They felt terrible about what was received after waiting for so long. I naturally went to swiggy application to raise a complaint. But it was of no use. They gave all assurances about how the same shall not repeat in the future, but there was no talk about what had happened now and what the remedy will be. They offered me a swiggy coupon of Rs. **, that can be used the next time I order with them. This is much more than just about the amount. I mean non-veg was delivered when we had ordered veg. I'm short of words to explain how serious this is. The behavior and the way the dispute was handled frustrated me to the core. Kindly help me with a resolution.
