Capital First - Non Updation Of Cibil

My loan A/C no ******** from capital first has been closed in ****. But recently when I checked my credit score from cibil, equifax & crif high mark there was an amount of **** being shown as overdue from capital first but as a fact I've received the NOC from them and it has been closed. Recently I went to canara bank for taking a new loan in which the manager wanted to check my credit score from minimum * sites. As I've talked to there head office regarding this issue but in result they told me that equifax and crif high mark are *rd party and they will not share the updated data to them. The both above mentioned credit bureau are waiting for the conformation from capital first but they are not replying to them. And both credit bureau told me that after there conformation only they will make the necessary changes. As previously when capital first is sharing the data about the loan then I dint't understand that what is there problem while sharing the updated data to them. So please help me out from this issue as soon as possible so that I can take the new loan.
