Cred App - Non reversal of failed transaction

On **th June ****, I made a payment via the CRED app through my HDFC Bank Credit Card. The transaction failed but the amount was taken from my Credit Card. CRED said it will refund the amount in * working days. To date, the amount is not reversed.

Cred App – Cred Payment is not processed to the bankClosed
