I sent my scooty zest from Chennai to cuddalore in October **** through gati safe cargo. They charged RS..**** for shipping and **** for insurance
( refundable). But, the refundable amount Rs.**** has not been refunded till date.
if all of us file a online complaint through tnpolice portal there are possibilities to get the amount back.
