She collected Rs.**** for shipping and insurance money Rs.**** (refund amount). But she did not give my byke in andhra pradesh. I verified address, but transport place is not in this address. she has given duplicate bill address. After ** days, i collected my byke at car parking in kavangari, redhils, chennai ( she told that collect your byke in kavangarai car parking, but nobody is there). And she told that she will return amount Rs.**** through online banking. But she did not return my amount. They won't pick up my call but if we call from new number they will pickup and says that call me afternoon. It's been a month still I haven't got my money back. she is doing this as a regular practice with all the customers. so we should publish this cheating to all. Who ever seeing this complaint, please don’t use this transport (it is not transport, cheating person) and if possible, Please circulate about this cheating and transport details to your circle of contacts as much as possible.
if all of us file a online complaint through tamilnadu police portal there are possibilities to get the amount back.
