I have ordered loreal lipstick from Myntra. i received it in breakable condition .I submit my complaint to customer care. But they are refusing to take return of the product. i am really very disappointed .I am a genuine customer of myntra and had never faced such problem in past.But this time myntra has compete faith on his seller than its buyers. I give zero rating to myntra on this act.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
