I have purchased the Boult Audio Air Bass free Pods Bluetooth headset on **.**.**** from Flipkart vide Invoice No.FAAXNJ********** dated **.**.** Order Id OD****************** on **.**.****. which was covered under one year warranty at the time of purchase. However, after two months of moderate use, one of the earphone stopped working and the back up also become irregular. So I contacted the Boult customer care and as per their instructions I sent back the bluetooth headset to them for repair/replacement on **.**.****. The same was returned to me by the company on **.**.**** vide their e-mail stating that the Bluetooth set is repaired/replaced and sent through courier. However, to my utter surprise I found that I received back the same set without any repairs/reconditioning and I am compelled to use the faulty Bluetooth set which covered under one year warranty. They are actually cheating the customers by collecting their hard earned money even in this pandemic situation.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
