I was reached by a sales rep and they sold me a course with a token amount of INR **** with a ** month EMI period. This happened in May **** and now that I check back The prebook amount mentioned as per their mailer is INR******. With purchase ID *****.
But the "financial department " said there is no such emi and rejected it. As I was unable to afford any other EMI Tenure asked for a refund. After a lot of to and fro the lady gave me **** back.
I'm yet to get INR ****, my full settlement and still am hounded by calls.
Please help
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
