Meesho - Non Refund of Returned less quality product

Purchased Meena Suits of Jaipur vide order no: *********, dated: **/**/**, due to very low quality booked return on **/**/**. Collection boy collected return material on **/**/**. After continuous enquiry Company asked to update Bank details n did the same on **/**/**. As soon as the bank details updation, Company credited Re.*/- to my account to state that they have received the bank account n its correct. But ** days, the fund not reversed. On calling **/**/** the customer care, they said it will credit ext working day, she collected the email id n nothing happened. So far it's not credited. On **/**/** Ms.SELRA she said it will credit on **/**/**, and she registered a claim vide *********. Still no response. I we found the site is to cheat public. Kindly take necessary action to ensure the company not cheat any more.
