Myntra - non refund of returned item

Hello Sir/Amdam, I ordered Ishin blue and golden embellished saree amounting Rs. ***.**/-, however product recieved by me was some other saree of the same brand. I raised the return request same day by giving the actual reason that wrong item has been delivered. After this they picked up the product however amount was put up on hold. I contacted customer care and was told that after their internal enquiry, my amount will be rerfunded. I mailed for the same, however to my surprise they told me that they shipped me correct product intact. So, they are refusing to refund the amount. Now its really frustrating that after so long time they provided wrong product and now after the return refusing to refund by making lame excuses,
please help me regarding getting my refund.
