BookMyShow India - Non refund of my movie tickets after show cancellation from govt

On Thu, ** Oct, **** at **:**pm, I booked movie tickets for my family for the next day via bookmyshow with
INOX: Mantri Square, Malleshwaram(SCREEN *)
Bengaluru. Due to unfortunate demise of a popular actor in bengaluru on friday, all the shows were cancelled by the karnataka Govt. I have placed request with bookmyshow , number is #******** and called many times to customer care and have received no response from them and verified my bank account and money has been not credited. As on today **th Nov , I see no refund in my account and no answer to my calls.
I kindly request to help me to get my refund asap from bookmyshow.
