Spicejet - Non refund of flight tickets due to lockdown by Spicejet

I had booked * flight tickets on December *, **** (booking date) for Mumbai to Bagdogra. The flight tickets were dated March **, ****, the day nationwide coronavirus lockdown was announced. I requested for refund since the flights were canceled.
However, credit points of only INR **** was created to make fresh booking for travel till **th Feb.'** on their website instead of refunding the money in my bank account.
This is against the Supreme Court which states 'Airlines will have to refund money collected from tickets that were cancelled following the coronavirus induced lockdown without any cancellation charge'
Hence, Spicejet should refund my entire ticket amount of Rs. **, *** and credit the same in my bank account instead of crediting points on their website.
