Happy Easy Go - Non Refund of Flight Cancellation

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that my flight booking from Pune to Bangalore on **.**.****, Trip ID : ****************** booked with happy easy go from Pune to Bangalore by Indigo Airlines which was cancelled by the airline and sent the message the total refund will be credited to the source booked account.
After that I followed the booking agency by mails from last * months but the agency people said they are working on the issue and they will refund soon. But this happens from last two months. Flight was cancelled by Airlines and on the same day the airlines refund the full amount to agency as per cancelation status shown by the airlines we site.
