Jingo Holidays Delhi - Non refund of booking amount
NITIN BANDOPANT BACHAL filed complaint against Jingo Holidays Delhi on Jun 22, 2020
I had booked a tour package with Jingo holidays,Delhi in Feb-** and paid online an advance amount of Rs.*****/- for which i received confirmation mail from travel agent with booking confirmation No. JHPL**** .
But Tour which was in may-** was not materialized due to lockdown due to covid-**. Now Travel agent does not want to refund any amount.
