Go Air Airlines - Non refund of Air fare by GO Air

I had booked my flight ticket on **/**/**** through Go Air for my journey from Gau to CCU on **/**/**** Vide E-Ticket / PNR No. L*T*VP (Copy enclosed). The said flight was cancelled by GO AIR. In this regard I talked on **/**/****, with Go Air representative to refund the total amount for Rs ****/- only. Accordingly the representative assured me over phone that the amount will be refunded within * days. Till date the amount has not been credited into my account.
These are with reference to my
