I HAD INSURED MY BUFFALO ON DATED **/**/**** BY DR. APEKSHA JACOB. MY ANIMAL DIED ON **/**/****. I HAVE COMPLETED ALL FORMALITIES REGARDING CLAIM. BUT COMPANY HAS REJECTED MY CLAIM WITHOUT ANY REASON. THE ORIENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY HAS NOT INFORMED ME. I RECIEVED THIS INFORMATION THROUGH DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF VETERINARY SERVICES UJJAIN.
