The Opposite Party (OP) rejected my medical insurance claims based on reason that “Hypertension is not covered for duration of two years and currently the policy is in its second year with date of inception **/**/****”
The OP has overlooked the treating doctor’s statement that “Hypertension is not the direct cause of coronary blockage.”
Hence, the interpretation by the OP is defective and I am liable to get full claimed amount of Rs *,**,*** to be paid to hospital and Rs **,*** to be paid to me for post hospitalisation charges.
