Confirmtkt - Non payment of refund amount of 1630 from confirmticket which they agreed for offline payment by tak

I had requested for refund of **** Rs. from my confirm ticket wallet in the month of November ****. They ensured that the amount will be refunded within ** days. I had been calling them again and again for refund amount. They kept on telling that it will be transferred to my account. I got frustrated and threatened them that I would give a complaint against them, then they agreed for offline payment. They told me to give bank details. I gave them my bank details. I got an email from them saying that they will agree for offline payment if I confirm by email I will not have a dispute with them regarding refund amount. I had confirmed through email that I will not have any dispute if they make offline payment by transferring the amount to my account. Till now they had not transferred the amount to my account. I called confirmtkt customer care and asked why the amount has not been transferred to my account, they give unnecessary execuses . Please see that **** Rs. are transferred to my account.
