Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd - Non maintenance charges levied even I convert that amount into savings account

Dear Team,

I've a account in kotak Mahindra Bank in almost * years I've to maintain the **k amount in the account however last year I'm not able to maintain the same due to my financial condition hence this year I've updated that account into savings account in ** may ** you guys charged me ****rs of amount the moment I know the charges levied on me I called to your customer care no I talked to mr moideen who assured me you will get the refund but gst part is not refundable on *th June i got the amount which is only ****rs which is very low at the time of converting the account in saving no one informed me we will charge you once you convert the account this is really not acceptable please do refund my amount my financial condition is not good i really need the money.
