Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd - Account is lien or hold

Hi Team,

I am very frustrated with your services, where my balance are in lien after money credited in my account.

When there were any disputation in past, so why it's not showing in regular balance or showing the balance in negative.

this is totally misguiding by the bank, and I was also described the my financial situation.

I am facing very critical medical crisis in my family, and i promised to you, you can debited this amount from my next month salary, which is credit in your a/c.
