On **th June **** I ordered (order No. ******* ) by prepaid Rs.*** at Maxbhi.com (online shopping) and received on **/**/**** . On same day It was found not working. and I was confused about what to do.*n **rd june **** I made complaint at Maxbhi.com ( ID *****) . and sent back it and received by Maxbhi.com on *th July. On *th July they infomed me it was damaged. I asked them to kindly show vedios recorded while opening my returned parcel or any other detail so that i am sure that my item was damaged by currier but they refuesd it. How can i believe their claim. otherwise refund or replace my product as is promised in order.My points are *)they did not check QC as is promised in order.
*) they did provide brand new as is promised and delivered an old non functional product.
*) they are making totally false claim without any reasonable proof and refuse to give my product in working.
*) It has given me in great mental trauma and mental harassment.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
