Continental Tyres - Non-exchange of car tyre within warranty

MATAN DUTTA filed complaint against Continental Tyres on Nov 6, 2019

I brought * continental tyres from the dealer at Topsia for my maruti wagon R on September, ****. While buying the seller told me that there will be * years warranty on the products. After one month, one of the tyres got cracked from the rim and I approached the seller. The seller took the faulty tyre on **.**.**** and told that the matter will be finalised within *-* days. But now, they are telling that the engineers from the company would come and take the decision. When would I get the replacement? The seller has no answer to my question
