Megha Khandelwal filed complaint against Indigo on Oct 23, 2025
I booked my flight ticket from Amazon from Hyderabad to Ranchi for **th October **** on **th August ****. I got the flight ticket which nowhere mentioned the baggage drop timing.
Flight company- Indigo
Flight timing- *:** am to **:** am
Boarding timing- *:** am
I reached airport at *:** and proceeded to an indigo counter, waited to **min in the queue then realised it was the wrong counter. Went to the correct counter at *:**am, waited in the queue, by the time iy was my turn, it was *:**am. The indigo staff - Nisha said the baggage drop timing was closed at *:** and she denied to checkin my luggage. When confronted with the customer service, they said baggage drop timing is mentioned in the ticket while it was not. To which, they mentioned that we can't comment on the *rd party app. The timings will be mentioned in indigo app only. How are we supposed to know the timings?
Moreover, in the airport, no one was available to guide passengers even if they were standing at the incorrect counter.
I got my flight rescheduled to **th Oct with a very heavy amount and the counter folks were being very rude.
Please kindly note that I go no message, no intimation, no communication on the checkin time. It was a total harrassment at the airport
