Rajesh Agnihotri filed complaint against Dealshare In on Mar 1, 2022
My first ordered to Dealshare was on *th Feb,****, from which only one item delivered for Rs.***/- and other all items showing delivered but not delivered to us. I registered complaint and Dealshare Team replied to order again the same products but the products price got increased. Complaining again, they assure to refund the balance amount in my Dealshare wallet. Now again I ordered some products for *** rupees, and the same now only one product they showing to deliver and rest they cancelled as before it was showing to be delivered on **st March ****.
My overall experience is that Dealshare cheating to the customer as the products we ordered with discount gets cancelled and any product which is not showing discount will get delivered. For example from my first order, they delivered Sugandha Turmeric powder * KG @ price of *** rupees and now Coconut oil ***ml @ price of *** is showing to delivered. Rest all items in which I feel we have a good offer either its showing delivered or cancelled after *-* days. A very poor services and behavior from Dealshare.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
