Dealshare In - Refund not issued for undelivered package

I placed a prepaid order from DealShare but they cancelled the order without any reason and not issuing the refund.

When I asked for refund reference number they always say, concern is highlighted, which clearly shows they never refunded any amount as they cheat customer by cancelling the prepaid orders and stealing that money. Kindly help in taking refund.
