Raymond India - non delivery of product and no refund issued

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about Clothing, shoes & accessories

The issue that I have experienced was: I had booked a dark maroon shirt from myraymonds.com on **th Feb ****. the back end team canceled the order without informing me stating "delay in delivery" as the reason.

once the order got canceled, I tried reaching them through call and mails for the refund of the amount I had paid online in their portal for that purchase (****-******-****).

there is no response from the customer care what so ever, even after writing to them for the past * days. I haven't received the refund. It's been almost * days already.

It occurred on: **/**/****

please process my refund for the amount I paid for the order or deliver the product. this is not the kind of customer service I expected from Raymonds.

How could they cancel the order without informing the customer? if so why would they even bother to list the product online?

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
