FirstCry is frequently stating fraudulent reasons for non delivery of my prepaid order which I placed to give my * year old boy as a birthday gift. The order was supposed to be delivered on ** Feb ****. FirstCry first stated reason for non delivery of the order as customer was unavailable at the delivery location. Second time it stated falsely the mobile was switch. Third time it again falsely stated that the contact persons mobile was switched off. In the mean time I have raised many complaints with FirstCry. Its team has contacted me many times stating its team is working on it but till now no concrete actions are taken by it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
