*. I had placed my order for a web camera on LT Online Store vide my order # **-**-****** on May **.
*. Despite end of lockdown and resumption of all essential services including courier services, my order has not yet been despatched.
*. Further, I have send numerous emails to the store ( india@ltonlinestore.in ) as well as the Maharashtra ( mah-sforum@nic.in )and Mumbai ( confo-mc-mh@nic.in )consumer forums but no reply has been recd till date from the store or the consumer forums.
