ANJAN SENGUPTA filed complaint against Reliance jio on Oct 19, 2020
I had ordered groceries online from https://www.jiomart.com/ on August *, **** amounting to Rs. ****.**. The order could not be delivered by Reliance Jio and it was acknowledged by their customer care officer that the entire amount will be refunded to me. However, I was refunded only Rs. ***.** on August **, **** out of Rs. ****.**. I was assured by their customer service desk that there is a technical issue and the entire booking amount would be refunded to me.
After following up after a week and consistent calls to their customer call centre and messages to Jio's whatsapp number, I am informed that the order has been delivered and the complaint is closed. I didn't receive even a single item and this was informed clearly to them. But Reliance Jio is lying by stating that they have delivered goods to me and not refunding my money.
