Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to inform you that one of our customer named Core Entrade India Private Limited had made a payment of Rs. **,***/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand Only) as on **-**-**** via NEFT vide Utr Reference No. ***********DC. On carrying out reconciliation of our Bank Account we have found that the same has not been credited in our bank account. The same has been debited in the Remitter Account but till now has not been credited in out account in spite of all our banking details have been correctly used while making the fund transfer by the customer.
Therefore requesting you to kindly carry out necessary corrective steps in this regards and make immediate steps to credit the pending amount in our bank account.
