Sir, I am Chandan kuamr sethi an existing customer of HDFC bank mithapur since ** years wanted to let you know that on **/**/**** I have debited RS ***** from my credit card (**** **** **** ****)on behalf of HDFC life insurance in mithapur branch before paying the amount I asked the representative twice it will be convert into EMI they told yes.They told you change to EMI through net banking after two days I checked the net banking but message came yr card is not eligible .While the same card I used last year to pay HDFC life insurance it was converted to EMI system.When I approached the representative now she is saying you have to pay full amount which I am unable to pay.so please help me in this matter as soon as possible.My registered mobile number is-********** .
No one is responding for the same also,Please help me in this matter as we have full trust on HDFC bank.
